Pirochan Privacy Policy

Ghost+ (“we,” “us”) explains below how information is handled in the iOS app “Pirochan” (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect personal information, such as your name, email address, location, or device identifiers, from anyone of any age.

Your game progress, scores, and settings (such as difficulty) are saved on your device. They are not sent to our servers or to any third party, except when you use Game Center as described in Section 3.

2. Network Use and External Services

You can play the game without an internet connection. The App connects to the internet only when:

• you use Apple’s Game Center (see Section 3); or
• you open pages such as the Terms of Use from the Settings screen (this site is shown in an in-app browser).

The App does not include any external services or SDKs for advertising, analytics, or tracking. It does not ask for access to your microphone, camera, location, contacts, or similar data.

3. Game Center (Rankings and Achievements)

If you are signed in to Apple’s Game Center on your device, the App sends your total score for each world and difficulty, and your achievement progress, to Game Center. This information may be shown to other players in Game Center rankings and achievements, together with your Game Center nickname.

This information is handled by Apple. We do not receive personal information such as your name or email address. For how Apple handles Game Center data, please see Apple’s Privacy Policy. If you prefer not to use Game Center, you can sign out of it in your device’s Settings app. You can still play the App.

4. Deleting Your Data

Deleting the App from your device also deletes all play data saved on the device.

5. Beta Versions via TestFlight

While beta versions are distributed through Apple’s TestFlight, Apple may provide us with crash logs, usage information, and feedback that testers choose to send (such as screenshots and comments). We use this information only to improve the App and do not share it with any third party. For how Apple handles data in TestFlight, please see Apple’s Privacy Policy.

6. Sharing with Third Parties

Except as required by law, we do not share the information described in the previous section with any third party.
